About

I am a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath and the founder of Coastal Care Clinical Naturopath in Rosebud, Victoria. With 18 years experience, I have worked across diverse naturopathic roles — from private practice and university lecturing to practitioner training within pharmacies, as well as serving as a resident naturopath in community health. 

In my practice, I collaborate closely with patients to create individualised treatment plans that combine practitioner-only supplements with integrative lifestyle medicine. My goal is to empower each person to take an active role in their health, while providing compassionate guidance and structured, results-focused care.

Beyond the clinic, I am a proud mother of two adult sons and love life on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. My downtime is spent swimming, going to the gym, pottering in the garden, cooking nourishing meals, and relaxing in the natural sanctuary I’ve created at home among the trees.
